From 1998 through 2004, Norm Callaham worked as a customer service representative for CONEXIS, a COBRA administrator, assisting individuals and businesses with their insurance needs. He developed a strong understanding of the insurance carriers in the marketplace and moved on to Word & Brown, a general agency, in 2006. For nine years, Norm worked hand in hand with agents assisting groups and their employees with their insurance needs. During his last seven years at Word & Brown, he was the top producing sales representative in his region. During five of those seven years, he was the top sales representative in the state of California. Utilizing his experience and expertise, Norm is now assisting groups and individuals on a more direct basis through Callaham Insurance Solutions.
